All wood fences are available in standard heights of 3' 4' 5' and 6'. Specialty heights beyond 6' are also available.
Taylor Fence Company uses #2 and better no hole - Western Red Cedar standard pickets, posts and rails to construct all wood fences. This grade of picket is smooth on one side, has less than 2 flaws and no knot holes. All pickets are available in a flat top, dog-eared top, or a French gothic top.
Taylor Fence Company recommends installing all wood fences on Postmaster Steel Posts. These posts are designed specifically for wood fences; have a better wind load rating than a round chain link post and the post can be covered with a 6" wide picket to conceal the "silver" or galvanized post from showing. They also carry a 15-year limited warranty on the post only.
Split Rail Fences are available in 2-rail and 3-rail only (not shown). We use rough-cut - Western Red Cedar posts and rails to construct both types of fence. Round Dowel Rail Fence and Post and Rail Fence are also available. Theses fences are available in 2-rail, 3-rail or 4-rail. The wood is "green" treated to withstand weathering.
